Email notifications

Every email Conduit TEM can send you, who receives each one, and how to turn off the ones you don't want.

In the app:Profile & security

On this page

Conduit TEM emails you when something needs your attention and sends short summaries of your telecom spend. You choose which of these you get; a few others follow from your role or from what your organization has set up.

Turn emails on or off

  1. Go to Settings → Profile & security.
  2. On the Email notifications card, switch each kind on or off. The change saves straight away.

Your choices apply to you only, in this organization. If you belong to more than one organization, set them in each.

The emails you control

Email When it's sent Also covers
A bill is ready for review When Conduit AI has finished reading an uploaded bill. Requests to approve a bill above your organization's approval threshold, for owners, admins and finance.
A bill could not be processed When an upload fails for good and needs a look.
Findings after a bill is posted Only high-severity findings, once per bill. When a dispute you opened is credited on a later bill.
Weekly summary Every Monday morning: bills posted, bills waiting and open findings. Nothing is sent for a quiet week.
High-usage alerts When a posted bill crosses your organization's high-usage levels: heavy data on a line, roaming, or overage on a bill. See High-usage alerts.
Monthly summary On the first of the month: last month's spend by vendor, findings opened and closed, credits recovered, with last month's bills and the open findings attached as CSV files. Nothing is sent for a quiet month.

The first five are on until you turn them off. High-usage alerts are off until you turn them on.

How your scope changes what you get

If an owner or admin has limited you to part of the company (see Roles, scopes and security):

  • You only hear about bills, failed uploads and findings that touch your part. Something that hasn't been placed in the company yet only goes to people who see everything.
  • Your weekly and monthly summaries, and the CSV files attached to the monthly summary, cover only your part.

Other emails and how to stop them

These emails aren't on the Email notifications card. They come from your role or from something your organization set up, so they stop when that changes.
