Try a free bill check

Not a customer yet? Upload one telecom bill and see where the money goes and which charges are worth questioning, before you sign up.

On this page

The free bill check shows what Conduit TEM would find on your own telecom bill, without creating an account. Upload one bill from your phone, mobile or internet carrier. Conduit AI reads every line and shows where the money goes. It also points out charges worth questioning, with what they cost you over a year.

It's free and takes a couple of minutes. You can open it from the sign-in page: select See what we'd find on your bill.

What you need

  • One bill. The PDF your carrier emails you works best. A CSV or Excel (.xlsx) billing export from your carrier's online account works too. The file can be up to 10 MB.
  • A work email address. We send your results link there.

Photos of paper bills aren't accepted on the free check. Once you're a customer, you can upload photos too (see Your first bill).

You'll see Check your email. Nothing is read yet.

Confirm your email and see the results

  1. Open the email titled Confirm your email to see your bill check. If it hasn't arrived within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
  2. Select See my results in the email.
  3. On the page that opens, select Show my results.
  4. Wait a minute or two while Conduit AI reads the bill. The page shows each step and updates by itself, so you don't need to refresh it.

The link in the email works for 30 days. Open it again any time to come back to your results.

What the results show

  • The bill at a glance: the carrier, the period, the total, and how many charge lines and services are on it. The account number shows only its last four digits.

  • Where the money goes: your spending split by type of service (mobile lines, internet and so on) and by kind of charge (monthly plans, usage, equipment, fees, taxes).

  • What we found: charges worth questioning, each explained in plain words with a tip on what to do. Examples are a charge billed twice, a line nobody used, a late fee, roaming or overage, and a charge from another company.

  • Potential savings: a total, shown only when the findings carry a clear amount:

    • a monthly charge you could stop counts per month and per year;
    • a refund you could ask for counts once;
    • charges that are only worth a look, like roaming, show their amount but aren't counted as savings.

    If nothing stands out, the page says so. We don't invent savings.

To understand a particular finding, see Findings explained.

Tip: One bill only shows so much. Most savings appear when months are compared: price increases, new charges, and lines that go quiet. Conduit TEM does that with every bill once you're a customer.

Your bill stays private

  • We keep your bill and its results for 30 days, then delete them.

  • We never sell your bill or your details or share them with anyone else, your carrier included. Only the service providers that run the check for us process them.
  • How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Common questions

The link says the check has expired. Results are deleted 30 days after the upload. Start a new check with the bill again.

The page says we couldn't read the bill. Try the PDF your carrier emails you, rather than a scan or a photo. A CSV or Excel export from your carrier's online account also works. If it still fails, select Talk to us and we'll look at it with you.

It says today's limit has been reached. We run a limited number of free checks each day. Your bill is saved, so open the same link tomorrow and select Show my results again.

It says I've sent a few bills today. Each email address can send three bills a day. Use the links we already emailed you, or try again tomorrow.
